Born and raised in Houston, TX, Savannah has always been driven by a strong passion for fitness and helping others. She ran track competitively for years until she turned to weightlifting in 2022 and then content creation in 2023, now sharing a mix of workout inspiration as well as her faith with her growing audiences across multiple platforms. She recently competed at her first bodybuilding show, taking home the wellness overall title! She plans on continuing to compete for the forseeable future. Outside the gym, Savannah’s a huge foodie and is working toward a degree in business marketing and exercise science, making plans to start coaching in the near future.
