Cranon Worford is a rising star in fitness and is changing the sport powerlifting. Not only is she a US champion and record holding powerlifter, but she is also a prolific content creator who is closing in on 1m TikTok followers.
A former D1 track runner at Kansas, she only recently took to powerlifting, and it's safe to say her rise has been meteoric. She’s currently on a mission, preparing to compete in the world championships.
As a woman of color, she is passionate about blazing the trail for more representation in the fitness world. Her magnetic personality gives her a phenomenal presence on camera, and incorporates lifestyle seamlessly into her content. With speculation that powerlifting may one day become an Olympic sport, aligning with Cranon is also a bet on the sport since she is quickly becoming the face of it.
