Andre, better known as Dré, is an online fitness coach and competitive natural bodybuilder originally from Belize. He began working on his physique in high school in an attempt to overcome his feelings of insecurity and ended up changing his whole life, going on to earn 4 first place trophies at his first show and winning class at Summer Shredding in 2023. Having spent the last 8 years building up his body and confidence, he’s now passionate about helping others build theirs, too. Andre’s coached over 100 clients through his own 1:1 business and creates educational social content designed to help people be more confident and effective with their fitness journeys.
