ADDISON SHIELDS
Addison is a bodybuilder and fitness creator originally from Oklahoma. She first learned about lifting through playing sports, but after watching her brother compete during her freshman year of college at the University of Oklahoma, she fell in love with it and never looked back. Creating content around her newfound passion came naturally to Addison and really took off during her 2021 competition season. Today, she continues showing her followers how to lift like her while offering 1:1 coaching through The BAMN Coalition and collaborating with top fitness brands including Darc Sport and Ryse supplements.
