Courtney (@6ourt) is a former D1 track athlete, Villanova University alum, and jack of all trades born and raised in New Jersey. Her passion for training combined with her former career in graphic design and editing for professional sports made her one of the first creators to the scene posting workout videos in a unique cinematic style. Alongside fitness, Court’s equally passionate about all things beauty and traveling all over the world whenever she gets the chance.
