Courtney Crawley is an Alabama native who’s been creating content most of her life. Her love for fitness was born around age 13 when her dad introduced her to the gym, and by 2020 weightlifting had become her greatest passion. When she isn’t studying Public Relations at the University of Alabama, Courtney loves sharing her fitness journey on social media so she can learn and connect with people from all over the world. Her growing audience loves her candid awkwardness and the relatability she brings to both fitness and lifestyle content.
