Sarah Shephard is a lifetime competitive athlete born and raised in Calgary, AB Canada. She competed in downhill ski racing for 11 years before jumping into her first kickboxing exhibition at age 18. Today, Sarah balances being a full time university student studying medicine with being a kickboxer, Muay Thai fighter, and content creator (and makes it look easy). She strives to share her journey authentically and embody the type of role model she longed for in the fiercely competitive and male-dominated world of martial arts. Through embracing vulnerability and sharing her love for fitness, her goal is to inspire others to discover and unapologetically own their strength.
