Nathalia Neal, better known as Nat, is a former competitive gymnast and swimmer turned fitness creator born and raised in Tampa Bay, Florida. As someone who’s always gravitated toward creative outlets, she found confidence through content creation and experimenting with social media as she started on her gym journey. Nat makes content in her signature aesthetic aimed at inspiring others to be their own individual and work hard at bettering themselves. When she’s not in the gym or studying exercise science at Florida Atlantic University, you can find her drawing, reading, watching anime, or working on her car!
