Sherein is a creator who inspires her followers to try out as many different avenues as it takes to integrate fitness into their lives and discover what they’re capable of. A New Jersey native, she grew up as an athlete focused on soccer and track. She turned to the gym while in college to work on her mental health, starting out on just the treadmill until she was inspired to push herself by the weightlifting women around her. The gym quickly became an obsession and she never looked back! In the face of a torn ACL a few years later that stood in the way of her main priority, Sherein refused to let her long recovery hinder her fitness goals and got creative — she figured out that she could do cardio with just one leg by jumping rope, and even went on to launch her own line of jump ropes through her brand, Built Limitless.
